When you use MTD4Trade, we collect:
Receipt images are sent to Google Gemini for text extraction and data structuring. Images are processed transiently and are not used to train or improve Gemini's underlying models. You can review and edit all extracted data before saving.
All data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the UK/Europe region). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We implement strict Row-Level Security ensuring each user can only access their own data.
We do not sell your data. We share personal data only with: Supabase (database and file storage) and Google Cloud (Gemini) (AI receipt data extraction). Your financial data is yours.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, and object to processing. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Dashboard menu. Alternatively, contact us to exercise any of these rights.
This website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential cookies for security and performance. No personal data is collected through cookies on this site.
