MTD4Trade helps sole traders and tradespeople meet HMRC Making Tax Digital requirements by capturing receipts, tracking expenses and mileage, and recording income for quarterly reporting.
NestPilot is a family awareness app designed to help busy parents manage household life. It provides a shared calendar, family profiles, expense tracking, shopping lists, document vault, and smart reminders. The app is used by parents and adult household members — it is not designed for children to use directly.

MTD4Trade: Receipt images are sent to Google Gemini for text extraction and data structuring. Images are processed transiently and are not used to train or improve Gemini's underlying models.
NestPilot: Receipt images are processed on your device using Google ML Kit text recognition. Images are analysed locally and are not sent to any external server for OCR processing. Extracted text is stored only in your Supabase database.
If you choose to connect an external calendar (Apple Calendar or Google Calendar), NestPilot reads calendar data in read-only mode. We do not modify, delete, or create events in your external calendars. Calendar data is fetched via standard calendar protocols (CalDAV/ICS) and is not stored beyond what is needed to display events in the app.
All data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the UK/Europe region). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We implement strict Row-Level Security ensuring each user can only access their own data.

Your financial and family data is yours and is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
NestPilot stores information about children (names, dates of birth, medical details) that is entered and managed by parents or adult household members. Children do not use the app directly. We do not collect data directly from children. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter about their children.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, and object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
This website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential cookies for security and performance. No personal data is collected through cookies on this site.

The app does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter about your family.
MTD4Trade is offered as a subscription with the following options: Monthly (£6.99), Yearly (£69), and Early Adopter (£3.99/month). New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the end of any free trial, your subscription begins and payment is taken through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Early Adopter pricing is locked for approximately the first 200 subscribers; after this allocation is filled, that product is no longer offered.
NestPilot is offered as a subscription: Yearly (£79.99). A free tier is available with limited features. Payment is taken through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused periods. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to access another user's data, use the apps for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the operation of the services. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
MTD4Trade, NestPilot, and all associated content, branding, and software are the property of Connect Solutions Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps in accordance with these terms.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the MTD4Trade or NestPilot app.
